Offer: Standard commercial offer for use of the SSG platform.

Pricing:

• Cost per SMS: EUR 0.00015 per message
• Minimum monthly billing:
  • EUR 300 per month (for regular customers)
  • EUR 120 per month (for micro aggregators)

What’s Included:

• Full access to the SSG Administration Portal to manage customers, billing, supplier connections, routing, and reporting.
• Access to global SSG nodes distributed across multiple regions, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• End-user customer portal (txtConsole), including tools for Broadcast and Campaign management.
• 8x5 support (24x7 optional) and full access to platform documentation.

Conditions:

• The minimum billing is applied monthly in advance, regardless of actual SMS volume sent.
• All messages are billed at EUR 0.00015 per SMS until the total message cost exceeds the minimum billing amount (EUR 300 or EUR 120), at which point additional usage will continue to be charged at the same rate.
• Invoiced monthly and payment in EUR, GBP or USD via wire transfer or card.

If the message volume falls below the minimum (e.g. 2 million messages at EUR 0.00015), the customer will still be charged the EUR 300 minimum for that month.
