New feature development

The capabilities of the SSG platform are shaped by customer requirements. If you need a specific feature or an enhancement to an existing capability, you can request its development and inclusion in the platform.

There are two options for customers with such requests:

1. Add to development pipeline
   Requests are added to the platform’s development pipeline based on their priority, which is determined by the level of demand from other customers. Smaller requests may be implemented within a week, while more complex requests could take several months to complete.
2. Request special development: If a request is urgent, substantial, or otherwise unsuitable for the standard development pipeline, you may opt for paid development. We will provide a quote outlining the requirements, cost, and delivery timeline for the work item.
