Query the status of a message.
Either specify the msgid or the msisdn field to query for the status of messages.
When using the msisdn field, you may optionally include the systemid field.
Using the msgid field, the API call will return the message matching that message ID from the last 28-days.
Using the msisdn field, the API call will return all messages sent to that mobile number in the last 28-days. The systemid field may optionally be included to return only messages sent to that mobile number from the SMPP account with the matching system ID.
