Network data updates

Data topics allow the automated collection of data about some aspect of your SSG instance. They can be used to monitor some aspect of your SSG instance or used within Rules. An example is the traffic level to a specific network since midnight by an individual account. Another example is the volume of messages via a supplier SMSC connection.

We have improved the management of credit when customers are connecting and disconnecting from the SSG. This will mean that the customer is less likely to have messages rejected when they have a low balance.

Changes to the SMPP SMS Gateway platform will be noted in this Changelog section.

Additional API calls added for querying account balance and message status. Implemented callback to webhook for passing DLRs when messages complete. Ability to set message validity period and schedule message delivery.
