Data topics

Data topics allow the automated collection of data about some aspect of your SSG instance. They can be used to monitor some aspect of your SSG instance or used within Rules. An example is the traffic level to a specific network since midnight by an individual account. Another example is the volume of messages via a supplier SMSC connection.

Data topics can be viewed in the Configuration > Data topics section. Contact [email protected] to set-up a data topic.

Data topics can be used in the criteria for Rules and control if an action takes place or not.

Currently, the collection of data takes place every 5-6 minutes. Shorter collection intervals will be possible at a later date.

Data topics are in production and available on all SSG sites:
